ANNA NARDELLI OBITUARY

Anna Nardelli, aged 73, passed away on May 6th, 2023, in Farmington, CT, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on December 23rd, 1949, in New Britain, CT, to her late parents Nancy and Andrew. Anna dedicated the better part of her life to serving others.

She began her career as a secretary before discovering her passion for nursing, where she worked as a nursing assistant in local hospitals for more than two decades. Her exceptional care and compassion gained her the respect and admiration of her colleagues and friends. In her leisure time, Anna enjoyed daily walks, staying active, spending time with friends, and keeping up with the latest news and world events.

She would spend hours listening to her radio to stay informed. What she treasured most, was spending time playing with her beloved grandson Declan, whom she absolutely adored.

Anna is survived by her son Eric Johnson and his wife Ashley, her grandson Declan, sister-in-law Nancy Nardelli, and nieces and nephews Andrew Nardelli (Jameson), Rebecca St. Amant (Anthony), and Maria Barberio (Dominica). She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Anthony, and sister Cathy.

Anna's final wishes were for a private memorial service, which will be held for her in the future. In lieu of flowers, Anna requested that donations be made to your local church for a mass to be said in her name. She will be greatly missed and forever cherished in the hearts of her loved ones. Rest in peace, Anna.
